In 1995 Unabomb (Kane) and Al Snow defeated the Rock n’ Roll Express for the Smokey Mountain Wrestling Tag Team titles. Kane won the USWA Southern title as Doomsday after he defeated Spellbinger. Kane debuted in the WWF as Issac Yankem, a dentist who assisted Jerry ‘the King’ Lawler. Kevin Nash and Scott Hall left the WWF and JR said he had brought them both back. ‘Scott Hall’ was actually Rick Bogner and ‘Kevin Nash’ was Issac Yankem. At Badd Blood 1997 Kane re-debuted as Kane. Kane made a huge impact costing the Undertaker the very first Hell in a Cell match against Shawn Michaels. Storylines revealed the families funeral parlour burnt down, burning Kane. It was later found out Paul Bearer was Kane’s ‘father’ and Paul Bearer became Kane’s manager. According to Paul Bearer though, Kane was at school and returned to see the house fall down and to see the Undertaker run off. The Undertaker refused to battle Kane and eventually Paul Bearer and Kane captured the Undertaker in a casket and set it alight. Kane and the Undertaker became a tag team, but it was short lived as Kane turned on the Undertaker in a WWF title casket match against Shawn Michaels. At Wrestlemania 14 the Undertaker defeated Kane after 3 tombstones. Kane was the first person to kick out of the Undertakers tombstone. At Unforgiven 1998 the Undertaker defeated Kane in an inferno match when he set Kane’s arm on fire. On Raw Kane defeated the Undertaker to get a WWF title shot, he was assisted by Mankind. Vince McMahon made the match a first blood match, and as Kane wore a mask it was impossible for Stone Cold to win and Kane won. Kane lost the title the next night. Kane and Mankind teamed together and won the WWF Tag Team titles after defeating the New Age Outlaws (Billy Gunn and Road Dogg). The Undertaker let Kane pin him so he and Mankind could regain the WWF Tag Team titles. Kane would face the Undertaker and Stone Cold in a triple threat match. Both the Undertaker and Kane pinned Stone Cold, but no winner was announced. Kane faced the Undertaker for the WWF title, Stone Cold was the special referee and he declared himself the winner. The Raw after Kane and the Undertaker fought in a casket match. The match was ended when the casket was destroyed. Kane would then team up with DeGeneration X, and especially X Pac. Kane and X Pac would win the WWF titles from Owen Hart an Jeff Jerret on March 30th. At Armageddon 1999 Kane defeated X Pac in a steel cage. In 2000 Paul Bearer returned at Kane’s side. At Wrestlemania Kane and Rikishi defeated X Pac and Billy Gunn. On 14th August Kane turned on the Undertaker again and chokeslammed him through the ring. At Armageddon 1999 Kane lost to Chris Jericho in a last man standing. In January 2001 Kane and the Undertaker reunited and feuded with Rikishi and Haku. At Wrestlemania Kane pinned the Big Show to win the Hardcore title from Raven. On April 17th Kane and the Undertaker defeated Edge and Christian in a no disqualification match to win the WWF Tag Team titles. Judgement Day 2001 saw Kane defeat Triple H in a chain match to win the Intercontinental title. Kane would later lose the Intercontinental title to Albert. Kane was apart of the losing Team WWF at Invasion. Kane and the Undertaker defeated Sean O’Haire and Chuck Palumbo on 7th August 2001 to capture the WCW Tag Team titles. At Summerslam 2001 Kane and Undertaker Diamond Dallas Page and Chris Kanyon to capture the WWF Tag Team titles. Kane and the Undertaker defended their tag team titles against KroniK at Unforgiven 2001. At Survivor Series 2002 Kane was apart of the winning Team WWF. In April 2002 Kane suffered a torn bicep, and returned months later with a mask, attire and music. The day after Unforgiven 2002 Hurricane Helms and Kane defeated the UnAmericans (Christian and Lance Storm) to win the WWE Tag Team titles. On September 30th 2002 Kane defeated Chris Jericho to win the Intercontinental title. Kane was to be involved in a murder/necrophilia storyline. Kane lost the Intercontinental title when Triple H beat him to unify the World and Intercontinental titles. In March 2003 Kane and Rob Van Dam defeated the Dudley Boyz and Lance Storm/Chief Morley to win the WWE Tag Team titles. In Legion of Doom’s one night return, Kane and Rob Van Dam defeated them to retain the World Tag Team titles. On 23rd June 2003 Kane lost a World title match, the stipulation was Kane had to unmask. Kane took his mask off to reveal the monster behind.
